The St Clair function space is located on the 2nd level overlooking both stadium courts and the Roller Skating Rink, capable of hosting a variety of community events, functions and seminars.

| Standard Booking Fee (applies to all bookings) | $50.00 (not included in rates above) |
Price includes tables, chairs and audio visual. Full payment to be
made 14 days prior to the booking date. If non-standard cleaning is required,
additional charges will apply.
