I understand that the Y does not have personal accident insurance which would cover any injury loss or damage I may sustain participating in this competition/activity. I am aware and acknowledge that there are inherent, obvious risks associated with participation in this competition/activity.. I accept the risks associated with my participation in this competition/activity and I agree to hold harmless the Y in respect of any injury, loss or damage I sustain and to the extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify the YMCA of SA from all actions, claims, penalties, costs, expenses, loss or damages resulting from my participation.

Please note: (1) Children are charged at $12.50 per head; (2) all Teachers/OSHC staff are entitled to one free medium coffee/tea/hot chocolate at café; (3) while a YMCA staff member will be present, teachers/OSHC educations are required to supervise; and (4) the total number of participants must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the booking. If the number of participants is higher than the initial quoted amount, additional children will be charged at $12.50 per head. If the number of children is lower than the amount on the booking form and the centre is notified less than 7 days prior to the booking, the charge will be for the original number of participants.

A Disney themed day out, watch a movie and participate in Disney themed activities. Perfect for Vacation Care and School Group Bookings. $12.50 per child (minimum of 30 children).

9:00am - 11:00am and 11:00am – 1:00pm Monday to Friday sessions

  • Includes small hot chips, popcorn and drink for children
  • Disney movie of your choice to be played
